Let Go

The college I'm currently attending offers free counseling services, so I've been meeting with a counselor to discuss some things that have been on my mind, mainly my emotionally/verbally abusive relationship that ended a few months ago. My counselor told me that one method of healing from emotional trauma is to imagine the negative thoughts and words as leaves blowing away in the wind. I've found that this method does indeed help, and I decided to draw it.
